Finally, I'm leaving for Germany tomorrow! I just got an e-mail from my host mom, Gudrun, telling me that the next few days in Germany are sunny and around 70°F and that they will be there bright and early at 5am to pick me up.
It's weird to think that this time next week:
1. I will be in a completely different country.
2. I will already be in school (State High doesn't start until August 30th!).
3. My parents' names will no longer be Bill and Mary, but rather Wolfgang and Gudrun.
4. I probably will not have spoken English for a solid 4 or 5 days.
Next time I check in I will already be in Germany :)
